I can't get the joystick to work properly in Strike Commander, I've used joystick=auto, joystick=2axis and even joystick=none (with timed=false) and my cursor still moves to the upper left hand corner. Any ideas?

I have a NES replica joypad with (digital) d-pad, start, select, a, b buttons.
