Four player arcade game help

I recently purchased a four player Ninja Turtles Arcade cabinet and found out it is running raspberry pi . I would really like to be able to to play Turtles , Turtles in time , the Simpsons and X-Men four player arcade games on this but can't seem to get it to work with the joystick two button setup that comes standard with the cabinet. Can anyone help?

@shadowalker999 Plug a keyboard and while in a game go to global controller mapping and bind the keys for each player

@chicuelo thank you. I will try to give this a go. I'm not the greatest with computers so I'm teaching myself as I go step by step
