Retropie 4.5 "0" key starts video recording. Need a way to remap it.

I am running RetroPie 4.5 on a Pi 3B in a Pimoroni PiCade Console. I have mapped the keys and the button I want to use for select also starts recording video. Is there a way to remap the video recording key or turn off the feature entirely?

/opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfgfile and unset theinput_movie_record_togglekey (by default it's set too).input_movie_record_toggle = "nul" -
