      Hello,

I want to clear out my scraped data for arcade/Mame games. I tried deleting the Gamelist.xml files in configs but the data doesn't want to go away in EmulationStation.

It still doesnt work. I go into my PC/Network/Retropie/Configs/All/EmulationStation/Gamelists/Arcade and delete that file. It reappears.

Did you exit Emulation Station first ? Can you confirm the file is gone when you restart ?

I got it, thanks for the help. As a note, if you open the .XML you want to clear and edit it by deleting its contents and saving, the scrape data clears from EmulationStation. But the system still looks for it, so upon exiting or shutting down, you will get a message saying "Cannot find Gamelist" probably as it tries to regenerate it. So yes, I exited ES back to the console and THEN deleted the .XML totally. Restarted, confirmed no scrape data in Arcade, then shut down, and confirmed no more message.
