Retropie wallpaper option not showing

So I was trying to change my wallpaper on RetroPie, and I turned it off later. After turning it back on the wallpaper was extremely basic and white and when I opened settings and went into UI, there was everything but wallpaper settings. Not a single thing is missing other than wallpaper settings. May I please acquire assistance?

I can't remember any settings for 'wallpaper' in RetroPie - are your referring to the splashscreen or the Emulationstation theme ?
