On ROM boot, skipping without typing 'OK'

there are known problems with this game the video emulation isn't 100 accurate.
Type 'OK' to Continue
- Anyway to bypass this without a keyboard installed? I can obviously skip it by typing OK but eventually I want to get by without a keyboard.

Left then right with the joystick should do the same.

Or just try another core. Example my emaulador dafult is lr-mame2003 and the second option is lr-imame4all.
Does not work in all cases but reduce these screens (NAG).
