Brightness fluxuation

I'm noticing a change in brightness on games and in menu. Using HDMI input. picture goes dim for awhile then bright. Is there a setting I need to check?

@Daverey1956 Did you ever figure this out? I am getting the same problem and can't find the setting or coding. When I scroll in menu the brightness changes. Then when I enter a game the brightness will dim like its sleeping from inactivity. It doesn't shut off but it dims.
