Tonight has been interesting to say the least. I have attempted to install the latest version of software on my Raspberry Pi 3 B+ I am using Etcher on my Mac and no matter what microSD card or reader I use (I have tried several readers and cards I get the error Something went wrong. If it is a compressed image, please check that the archive is not corrupted. I am beyond frustrated that nothing works and was hoping someone may have an idea. Many thanks.

@Kevintheartist To check if the image is corrupted, compare the checksum of the image downloaded on your system with the one published on the site.
On macOS, ApplePi Baker might work better, I had no problem using it time and time again - though I haven't tried it on the latest macOS Catalina.
