Newbie... Help!

Hi all, I'm new and just got an odroid retropie, the controller works fine on the menu but nothing on a game, I've tried the config as advised by someone and it just comes up with this error...
not found in /opt/retropie/configsys/daphne/datainput-forcekeyAny help?

(Please provide more details of your set-up - see the post for details). If you bought it with RetroPie pre-installed we won't be able to help unless you install RetroPie manually from our site. You may be running a fork of our software in which case you will need to ask whoever made it for help.

I want to add one thing to @BuZz' post: Please edit your post and give it a more explanatory topic. Imagine a forum filled with posts named "Newbie … Help!" and the like. Nobody wants to read every topic just to see what they are about.
