Questions about USB ROM Service

I deleted 01_retropie_copyroms from /etc/usbmount/mount.d on RetroPie 4.3 (was updated some times) and forgot to make the backup. What is the easiest way to get it back?
I installed RetroPie on Raspbian Buster. If I enable USB ROM Service and create retropie folder on the USB Flash, then it copies there files from internal memory and unmounts it. After reinserting the Flash it mounts it and unmounts after some seconds. Is it normal? Should it be so?

Try the one from the official repository:

Please add more info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.
The USB rom service is meant to synchronize the contents of your flash drive to the ROMs folder. If the contents are the same, then the flash is drive is 'ejected', since there's no synchronization to be performed.

It is Pi 3 b+ and RetroPie 4.5.3 (according to RetroPie Setup Script).
