Multiple Player setup

Hello All,
I’m new to all this so I appreciate the support and patience.
I set up a 4 person arcade and got a “plug and play” Odroid xu4 with RetroPie built in. I’m able to Configure my player 1 joystick but I can’t figure out how to add players. Whenever I go to config player 2 it just over rides player 1. I appreciate any help or support.

@ssauve25 Those "plug and play" cards aren't official images so you'll probably have a tough time getting support here. You'd probably be best off asking the seller for assistance.
