      I've created a Python3 script that turns on game specific led buttons and also support neopixel buttons to change color after game specific colors.
      With RetroPie script.

          you're right and I've seen LEDSpicer. My goal was to make a simple program to control the buttons in retropie without having an extra controller, but directly with Raspberry PI.

              @elbirk I'm not sure, but maybe we can create a "driver" for the rpi outputs so ledspicer can handle the outputs without a controller.
