New Achievement Badges are amazing!

I honestly wish I would have waited to start getting achievements because the badges on retroarch 1.8.1 are amazing. I had thought the pi was limited to the yellow text indicator on the bottom but boy was I wrong. overall 1.8.1 is a massive improvement and I'm looking forward to checking out the official release.

@tobas Does it already show on the current version of retropie if updated?

@danick8989 no you have to update manually to a not 100 percent tested version. I did it and it works without problems but others seem to have problems.
I followed these instructions

@Mick2K I compiled it a bit differently. no need to delete the setup folder in my case.
