Skyscraper latest ver.Hello. For whatever reason, I can not get skyscraper to generate a game list for 2 of my game systems. It made one just fine for all of the other game systems. I checked the storage capacity to see if I was full or not. I only used 15% of my storage capacity. So, I'm not sure how to fix this. When I download the resources, first, it says it was successful. I am not a computer genius, I've put this together using YouTube videos. Any help would be appreciated. Thank u.

Which systems are you having trouble with ? Do you get any errors when attempting to generate the gamelist(s) for those systems ?

@mitu the 2 systems are the Sega 32x and the snes. I kept trying them together originally. So I decided to try them individually. I only have about 50 Roms for the 32x, so it scanned too fast for me to read it, but most of the words are yellow, then it skips to the blue screen that tells me all was successful...but it wasn't. The snes is different. I have 773 Roms. Most of the wording is yellow. Then it gets stuck on a chaotic looking screen that tells me in green that 773 were successful, then says in yellow that 773 were skipped. It gives me the file and pathway where it put the skipped files. A skyscraper skipped cache.txt

Examples of that output would be helpful. All the yellow text seems to suggest that it didn't find data for those files. So if you are generating the gamelist it means no data was found for them in the cache. Please try scraping the platforms again.
Also, be aware that almost all of the data sources have request limits. It might be that you have been scraping too much which is why no data was found for the files in the cache. Just a guess. And also know that if you are using screenscraper as a source, it is quite unstable if you aren't using it with a registered user. This might also be why you are missing data. -
@muldjord ok, I got it to work! What I had to do was go into the Skyscraper menu, select cache options, select purge specific system. Then I rescanned for sources and generated a list. Woo! Other threads on this site helped me put the pieces together. Thanks all!
