Retroarch.cfg files for PSX
-
I had some trouble with my Retroarch configuration on PSX, as it was causing my PSX emulator to lock up, so I deleted the file for it located in \opt\RetroPie\config\psx. The PSX emulator now works again, but I want some way to get back the original configuration for it.
Are there any websites where I could re-download the default Retroarch.cfg files for PSX?

@GadgetJax
Look if there is aretroarch.cfg.rp-dist
in/opt/retropie/configs/psx/
. It is the default retroarch.cfg from RetroPie.If you don't have this file, the current method to achiev it is to reinstall the emulator using retropie_setup script.

Alright, and what would I need to do to re-install?

@GadgetJax hi, here's a copy of a post I made in a different thread a month ago, hopefully it'll help:
Regarding installation of the PlayStation emulator from binaries, maybe this guide will help:
RetroPie Manual Installation Guide, including the Version 4 Setup Script Revised Menu Structure
When following the guide, In the section Installing the Main Emulators, rather than using the option "Install/Update all main packages from binary", instead select the lr-pcsx-rearmed emulator from the list
