If I want to install an sdl1-emulator, it can't find:
https://files.retropie.org.uk/binaries/buster/rpi4/kms/libsdl1.2-dev_1.2.15+dfsg2-6rpi_armhf.deb

I'm working with a rpi4 and the newest commits.

@Swampy I have a queue of packages building. If you're going to run the in development rpi4 code, please be patient.
