Best way to scrape ONE GAME?

Since the built in scraper is not working, and that was always my go to when I just needed to grab artwork for one game, what is the best way to do this now? I don't want to use the other scrapers since they'll scrape all of my games and replace artwork and descriptions that I don't want to be replaced.

Right now it looks like ScreenScraper has given back access to non-registered users, so scraping from EmulationStation (using ScreenScraper) should work.

It should be possible to use screenscraper.fr credentials within ES. Is there a reason why this isn't implemented?
