PSX_rearmed: Diablo-Sound Fix
-
Hi Folks,
may be a dumb question :)
I just read on GitHUB that the Diablo-Sound"Fix" is not a real fix - it is a hack.
My question is: is it possible to activate this hack in retroarch/settings or ~/configurations to be enabled only when playing Diablo?I had a look in "configurations" of retroarch but did not find an option like "save for this game".
Or does this hack not disturb any other games and can be set global for eternity? -

Isn't this in the 'Options' menu, where you have the 'Create Game Options' entry ?

i see….
i am not sure if i had a look in "options" - will do that in the evening - thank you for pointing me in that direction!Just another question: at the moment the DiabloSOund-Hack ist enabled global in lr-PSXreARMed because i have acitvated the automatic saving in "Configurations -> save on Exit".
Will this setting override my saved-options per game?
So do i have to deactivate the autosaving of the configuration-file before if i want to save options for one dedicated game? -

Options are not saved in the RetroArch configuration file, they're in a separate config. You can change the options for the game you want, then create the options file for it, then revert the options changed if you don't want that to be applied to all games.
Will this setting override my saved-options per game?
No, per-game core options are applied, if exist.

As I said, Core Options are saved separately. They're automatically saved, so nothing needs to be enabled in RetroArch. I'd advise against using 'Save on Exit' though for RetroArch.
