Map gamepad to keyboard keys

Moinmoin,
is there a way to map the keys from gamepad to keyboard keys? I have some old DOS games which I use with DosBox and would like to play them with the gamepad by mapping the keys on keyboard keys:Up, down, Left, right, Space etc.

You can try using the Dosbox Mapper for that.
