Got RetroPie working last night. Headphones work

When I switch to hdmi. I don’t have have any sound in the menu or in games in emulationstation.

I followed all of the directions in the forums but nothing seems to help. My config.txt in boot has hdmi_drive=2. The other changes give me no video. When I force the change under the rasp-config in emulationstation no sound works.

I do get errors saying the mixer is not found. I’m sure there is something easy to do but I feel like I’ve tried everything listed. Looking for ideas or simple steps to ensure I did not mess something up

This is a raspberry pi 4 I just got yesterday

      Thank you

@tjcst38 Which HDMI port are you using for your TV ? You should be using the one next to the USB-C port (HDMI0).
