Emulator opens in a small window (1/6) screen size.

The 'Arcade' emulator runs in a small box upper left corner. I am trying some games to run the Libreto 'Arcade' emulator (specifically Defender) and all I get is a play window 1/6 the size of the screen upper left corner. My monitor accomodates 1920x1080. I tried setting video resolution in configuration editor for that emulator but no luck. It's tiny and I am not sure why it is small..

@Claudius2k Please add more info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first, including the name of the emulator that you're using.
