Pi Zero W Img not working

I recently bought a Pi Zero W and have tried to flash the retropie img to a 64GB and 16GB sd card.
It keeps coming up with 1 failed device using Etcher.
Tried flashing on the same SD cards for my Pi3b+. And the img works perfectly.
Totally lost with what to do now...
Edit: Running W10

Re-download the image and unzip-it before writing it with Etcher.

Yeah tried. But still won't budge!
Tried win32 diskimager and it seems to be fine!
Etcher just doesn't like the pi img
