Box Art / Video Preview Issue??

Hi guys,
I've been having a issue for about 2 weeks now that I just don't know what to do anymore so I thought I'd post it in case someone knows where I might be going wrong.
So I've been trying to get my games set up with the video preview. I got a couple working on atari 7800 with Steven Selph's scrapper. Then tried the nes and got API closed for non registered user. Then attempted a scrap using TheGamesDB which worked but grabbed the game art.
I also attempted to register an account with screenscraper.fr and edited the config file with my name and password. Unfortunately this still didn't change anything.I'm now stuck with a couple of videos on my atari and box art on my nes. Not sure how I can resolve this, all I wanted was a nice clean video preview for my games.
Anyone know what I could do to resolve this issue?

@Spudmckenzie I use SkyScraper pretty flawlessly with the screenscraper.fr account.

@Spudmckenzie Make sure you un-commented the password/username entries you added, they're commented (
#at the beginning of the line) by default.
