I tried with ISo and BIN - CUE I converted the Iso's into bin -Cue, I checked that the name were the same into the notes and nothing.
How should it look the games into the Sega Cd roms Folder? Should I put also the mp3 inside? I am sorry I am pretty new on this and the Sega Cd Have me like 4 days trying to fix it. Now I can play the games but I miss the music...

Please add more info about your system, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first.

Regarding your issue, I don't think the emulator knows about .mp3 files, your .cue should include all the accompanying .bin files containing the data/music tracks.
