      Ran into an issue last night, just thought I'd remind people that the games Cue and Bin/ISO files are case sensitive to one another.
      If they don't match exactly, they won't work on RetroPie.

              @mitu @Bluebotlabs
              Just trying to delete the thread/discussion/post.

              After I wrote out all the issues I was having and posted it, I double checked my files once again and noticed all the issues I was having was due to the actual file types not being the case the emulator needed to work properly.
              (All the files were .bin, but the emulator was looking for .BIN thanks to the cues files, I was able to fix them all)

              After I figured out the issue, I came back to delete my post, but you can only delete posts within 3minutes of posting.
              After that it's left up.

                You should have modified the post, add a [Solved] prefix/suffix and explain how you solved it. Users with similar problems can still search and find it, so if they run into a similar issue they can see the solution.
                Posts are usually deleted for spam/duplicates, not for other purposes.

                  @mitu
                  Ah thank you!
                  Sorry about all the confusion

                  The answer was simple, and found in your documents.

                  *PC Engine CD

                  It is important that the image file (usually .bin) and the CUE file (.cue) match.

                  CUE files are just text files containing a description of the CD. If you have files named like:

                  Akumajou Dracula X.bin
                  Akumajou Dracula X.cue

                  then ensure the first line of the CUE file contains:

                  FILE "Akumajou Dracula X.bin" BINARY

                  Any of the following are wrong and will not work:

                  extension has incorrect case

                  FILE "Akumajou Dracula X.BIN" BINARY

                  file name has incorrect case

                  FILE "AKUMAJOU DRACULA X.bin" BINARY

                  does not match the actual file name

                  FILE "Akumajou_Dracula_X_-Chi_no_Rinne(NTSC-J)_[KMCD3005].bin" BINARY*
