i wanted to ask, if this advanced nes emulator with vt03 support is emulatable on the retropie:

Looks to be Windows only, so no.

That doesn't mean it works on Linux. We already have a few NES emulators in RetroPie, what's special about this one ?

it does vt03 and vt09 support, which others don't do at all
