RaspiPi2B+, 7"RaspiPi2 Display and Connection with Sign-in: how to do?

Good morning!
I installed to my Pi2B+ powered by the beautiful Pi 7" TouchDisplay RetroPie without any issue but after the boot... the first big problems.The touch doesn't work at all as first... but via USB I can handle with the keyboard the interface. I have also a problem:
The screen is rotated...
I cannot access to Internet as my connection needs a browser for the sign-in and I don't how to open it.
I tried also to use the command console for that operation without success...Someone can help me?
