    Kickstart Rom not found on UAE4ALL?? Help.....

      Hi Guys,

      Complete noob but UAE4ALL isn't finding the Kickstart Rom/Bios so I am unable to load any of my amiga games, any ideas???? Thanks in advance

        Kickstart rom is the original rom, you must have this to start a game or a amiga program. if you have an original amiga with a special wire cable you can extract the rom of the computer (legal way), after you put the file kick.rom on rom folder of the pi to start a game.

          what does everyone else do?? if i manage to download it anywhere does anyone have any idea where/how i put it in retropie? cheers

            The specifics on how to properly utilize the kickstart rom in RetroPie are documented here.

            Edit: In direct answer to your question, after you make sure it is named properly as detailed in the link, the kickstart rom is placed in /home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS/. If it is still not read at that point, you can point the emulator directly to the file using the kickstart rom location option in the gui.
