      Hey folks,

Just recently upgraded my RetroPie from an Rpi3 to an Rpi4 and everything seems to be running good except that I have to remove and reinsert my Wireless Keyboard and Mouse dongle after startup to get it recognised.

It's a Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard and had no issues on the Rpi3. Any ideas?

I've seen this reported a couple of times with the Pi4 - which has a different USB controller chip than the previous model(s).

I have a similar issue with my USB keyboard - what fixed it was an update to the next LTS kernel (5.4, now in beta). I've also seen the problem being solved by using an USB hub between the device and the Pi.

I have the same problem with Razer BlackWidow V3 Pro . Have you found a solution about how to solve this issue?

@tonystar Can you add more info about your setup, as detailed in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first ?
