Pi Model or other hardware: 2 B
Power Supply used: (If using a Pi) - Apple USB charger
RetroPie Version Used (eg 3.6, 3.8.1, 4.1 - do not write latest): 4.6.4
Built From: Pre made SD Image on RetroPie website
      USB Devices connected: bluetooth dongle
Controller used: 8BitDo SN30/Apple wireless keyboard
      Error messages received: none
      Verbose log (if relevant):
Guide used: (Mention if you followed a guide)
File: (File with issue - with FULL path)
Emulator: (Name of emulator - if applicable)
Attachment of config files: (PLEASE USE PASTEBIN.COM FOR LARGE LOGS)
      How to replicate the problem:

      1. Set thegamesdb as the scraper
      2. Select the systems you want to scrape
      3. Scrape now

      OR

Select a single game you want to scrape, Edit the games metadata, select scrape

Problem: Up until Saturday the 18th I was getting results from thegamesdb

As of the 18th I get no results for any game.

Just me or is anyone else having this issue? Screenscraper still works, but it doesn't have some of the games i'm trying to scrape.

TheGamesDB site has a monthly quota for requests - I think 5000 (?). If you scraped a lot of games, then you probably went over that quota and your requests are ignored.
The scraper works fine - so there's not a issue with the site or EmulationStation.
