Pi 4 and crt blast image . All text is showing so blurry you cant read it.

Is it possible for someone to walk me thru how to make this look better on my crt tv.
I purchased yesterday a pi 4 and downloaded the crt blast imagine from
somewhere. When I set it up the text is so blurry you cant read it without being plugged into an hdmi monitor .I'm using pi 4 with an hdmi to av converter .
I read somewhere to change the aspect ratio to 4.3 idk if i did it in the wrong place or what it didn't change the look of the letters.
Any help would be immensely appreciated, I dont know much about the pi or its workings.

Make sure you are using an official image, or have done a manual install yourself. We will not support 3rd party images.
