Skyscraper crashes on gamelist generator

Have tried to update my games list for the screenshots and videos today using Skyscraper. I have used it before and quite like it. So after exiting Emulation station, I ran setup, updated to the latest version. Scraped from the various locations, and then tried to generate the gamelist (roms folder disabled, so it saves in downloaded location). everything was going smoothly until it came to the fbneo games. After the final one I got this;

The only way out is to turn off the pi.
Any ideas??
Edit: OK just selected one at a time, without selecting FBNEO and it worked fine, no locking up at all. Also, had the gamelist to save in Roms folder selected.
So don't know why FBNEO is causing the issue.
