Import Metadata

I was wondering if it was possible to import the game metadata from another place?
I have Launchbox set up on my PC, so I've already scraped, collated and curated my (not so small) collection of roms, complete with metadata and images (including front and back box art, and screenshots).
I wanted to know: is it was possible to just transfer all this data over to RetroPie without having to re-scrape everything?
I wouldn't mind the re-scraping, except I keep most of my roms on my NAS**. The inbuilt scraper works, but is painfully slow, and I've been unable to get the @sselph scraper to "see" the games that I have on my NAS drive.
As a side question, is it possible to give a game multiple images (front and back box art, and screenshots)? Or is each game limited to a single image?
I've been unable to find info on these anywhere, so if anyone has any knowledge on this, I'd really appreciate it.
