      Hello

      I have a raspberry pi4 4gb with a nespi 4 case

after connecting the joystick to 2.4 GHz, they work but disconnect them all the time

they work about 10 seconds and disconnects and so on

the same problem is with the 2.4ghz wireless keyboard

I will add that everything works fine on raspberry 3B +

what could the problem be and how to solve it?

today I took out the raspberry from the retroflag pi 4 housing

          the joysticks walked normally

the problem actually arises as everything is in the housing from the retroflag

I will add that at the moment I do not use SSD but I use SD card

I noticed that when everything is plugged into the i4 retroflag housing, a usb error pops up at startup

the question of whether the pre-problem can be solved with an update or some command to fix the error

          is the problem rather physical?

I will also write to retroflg and we will see what they write back

below I am giving a photo with the error that appears

maybe someone has already solved the problem?

The error is benign, usbmountis not finding any USB discs attached.

If you don't understand something, sorry but I use a translator

I wanted to ask how this error can be fixed

The fix will come out with some update?

Is there any command that will fix the bug ?

Even though it's an error, you can ignore it, it's not an issue.

In that case, what is the reason for the non-working 2.4 GHz joystick, the problem appears only in the nespi 4 housing, except for the housing, everything is ok and no errors pop up and the joystick itself works normally

@ziemski90 Did you read the topic I mentioned ? It's probably because of the USB controller present in the case. This is unlikely to be solved by an update.

I understand, I wrote to retroflag on this matter because it turns out that they released something that does not work and does not fulfill the basic function, as soon as I find out something, I will let you know
