Pb retropie / picade with controllers (need to restore initial config)

Hello, I've got a big problems with my existing picade. I tried to install a 3Do joypad but I may make some mistakes during the configuration. So, I tried to restore my initial configuration.
1/ I removed the ~/.emulationstation/es_input.cfg file and reconfigure my picade from scratch. Here is the new one :

2/ I remove the /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg file and copy the /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg.rp-dist to /opt/retropie/configs/all/retroarch.cfg

3/ When I launch a single game (1942) from FBA emulator, the keys aren't correct : the start button records the screen...
