Move system logo carousel in "simple" theme on EmulationStation Windows

Hi,
How it's saying on the title. I would like to change the position of the system logo carousel in the "simple" theme of EmlationStation for windows. I didn't see anything in the "simple" theme to move it. Thanks for your answer.

i've start to see this page but "The white carousel and the grey bar below it haven't changed (unfortunately, they are hardcoded into Emulationstation and for the time being are not themeable)." But i've see a lot of theme where this carousel have changed.

maybe i've find the solution. it's seems the last official version of ES supports v3 themes, but the newer fork, and Raspberry Pi versions support v4 themes

So i'm going to dowload the latest fork from here: http://www.emu-france.com/news/53114-utilitaires-multi-systemes-emulationstation-wip-v2-7-3/
