Reset keyboard config?

So I have a cheap mini wireless keyboard i'm using. I had configured it fine through retropie, then tried adding a bluetooth controller but it was recognized as the same keyboard or something and it's messed up my config. Now I can't navigate menu's etc.
How can i reset the config for my keyboard?

Is the issue in Emulation Station or the games themselves, i.e. in RetroArch?
