I have an Arcade UP system with the RetroPie and Emulation Station. My problems first started with no sound during game play only in the menus. But now when I boot the system up no games load. Defaults to the Favorite page but there is nothing there and you cant scroll left or right to NES, SEGA etc. I pulled off the back panel to see if there was a hard reset but didn't find much. Does anyone have any suggestions?

@dreamcastkid I am not sure where to get that information. Since the system doesn't really boot up and I cant access the menus via the front of the machine. If I open up the back is there somewhere I can gather more details to assist?

@curplunk the info asked in https://retropie.org.uk/forum/topic/3/read-this-first assumes you have installed the system yourself, so that you know what Pi model, RetroPie version, inputs, etc. are configured. How was the system installed in your case ?

Sorry, but we can't help you here. You can start from scratch - https://retropie.org.uk/docs/First-Installation/ - and maybe we can assist you.

@mitu Thanks, I was hoping there was a way to just do a factory reset tp put all the settings back. I assume my son clicked something or changed a setting. Or worst case do an update via an SD card.
