Hi there guys, thanks for allowing me into the club :)

I did an amount of searching for this and although I found some HDMI issues none were relevant to my issue.

So,Pi4, latest Retro OS, full set of ROMs, using a Logitech controller, life is good...

Built a Picade and transferred everything into it. Install the unit and all good, installed the HAT unit for the buttons, booted, ran the script to install the HAT drivers which it did without issue. Reboot

No HDMI. I can hear the intro running etc but absolutely no Video Signal.
If I F4 out of emulationstation I get the console prompt no problem, so it's something with video selection in Emulationstation ?

I'm not a Unix guru although I can get through most directions so I'm open for help.

I guess the first thing I need to do is reconfigure video to the HDMI but.. ??

      Thanks guys
      Marcus

        FIXED
The script from installing the HAT had inexplicably forced the HDMI signal to the other port whilst running emulationstation !
I switched ports and all good !!
