    Where do you find the model and version no in retroppie menu ?

      Where do you find the model and version no in retroppie menu ? I need this info to ask more questions on the forum but I can't say what I'm running ?

        From EmulationStation, you can choose the RetroPie item and then enter the RPSETUP menu choice. This will bring up the RetroPie-Setup script and at the very top it will list the version number.

        Equally important will be how you installed RetroPie onto your device.

          @yfzdude hi there thanks for your reply, I haven't installed anything I just bought it all set up ready to go from the retropi website ? I just want to give the right info on any future posts for what I'm running

            @ndk1979 you won't have bought it ready setup from this website mate. It'll be a third party profiteering off the back of the project and you won't get much help unless you install it yourself from this site. Sorry.

              @markyh444 yeah I got it for £80 from [removed]a few years ago, but looking now it doesn't seem to be running online anymore, anyway this'll be enough info for now, thanks dudes ! Happy New year again!
