Basilisk II - Multiple entries ?

Good morning all !
I have a problem running games with Basilisk II on the PC version of RetroPie.
When I run Basilisk each time it adds an entry in the volumes window with the same "disk.img" file, why ?
My system is Apple System 7.5.3 but I have to rename it to "disk.img" for Basilisk to start it.
You can see that "disk.img" is added every time ... I don't understand why ?!
