      I have set up version 4.7.1 several times trying to get the USB roms to work.
      i format the USB with only the root directory of retropi and insert in in raspberry pi to no Luck
      what is missing

        The folder should be called "retropie" not "retropi"

          @buzz Yes it is called "retropi" in my folder. typo here

            @mcreek Please show a screenshot of the usb stick on your PC with the folder name.
