I have an Xbox adaptive controller that I can connect via USB to a pi and connected to the adaptive controller are a bunch of individual buttons and joysticks that connect to the adaptive controller via 3.5mm jack male connectors.

Is there a way to connect a 3.5mm controller directly to a GPIO port for use with retropi? I'd love to be able to use those controllers without having to use the Xbox adaptive controller (lower latency direct connect?)

      thanks!
