I am having a weird issue of my Left Button does not work properly.. Example is Mario Kart 64 has a menu that requires you to push the Left Button. With a SNES style controller if I push the Left Button it does nothing. If I use a PS style controller the same thing happens. Yet if I push the Left Trigger then the menu is brought up. Does anyone know of this issue or is there a simple way to fix. I want to have the buttons all mapped correctly for when I play games that require all buttons to be used. Any help would be appreciated.

EDIT: These are the two controllers I am using. Thinking of just getting a old Xbox 360 controller instead as I like the feel of that controller.

I am possibly considering this to be an issue with the Emulator. In the SNES and NES emulator the Left Button works properly. I am Load from saved state. Going to check out a different Emulator for the N64.
