      Hello,
      I can't save highscores using lr-fbneo 1.0.01.
The rom files are in /home/pi/RetroPie/roms/arcade, the hiscore.dat file is in /home/pi/RetroPie/BIOS/fbneo, the core option "Hiscores" is set to "ON", and the runahead is turned off.
I tried with several roms, but the result is the same. In particular I tried pacman.zip which is the same rom for lr-fbneo and lr-mame2003-plus. The highscore is correctly saved with lr-mame2003-plus, but not with lr-fbneo.
      Any ideas?

No, and your settings and filepath look fine. I'll take a look later to make sure we didn't break hiscore support with pacman (i know this one worked in the past). I can't tell about the other ones : keep in mind hiscore saving is not supported by every games.

@saccublenda i confirm i have no issue keeping pacman's hiscore, no idea what could be your problem, are you sure your hiscore.dat file isn't corrupt or something ? Maybe try replacing it by the one from the fbneo repo : https://raw.githubusercontent.com/libretro/FBNeo/master/metadata/hiscore.dat ?

@barbudreadmon Yes, the problem was the hiscore.dat file. It turned out that instead of the actual file I did download the github html page containing the file.
            Thanks.
