Cheat search help. Autosave cheat and delete one or more matched.. it's possible ?

I'm found some cheat address for one games.......... i don't have understand if retropie have an autosave or this cheat or i need to save manually when i exit from games.

I have edited the title for adding a new question:During a manual search........ it's possible to delete a multiple "MATCHED" result ?
For example after first result i obtain 2048 Matched....... apparently i can remove one at one manually...... how i can reset the matched result ??
