Can't Seem to Get it to Play

Hello,
First of all I friggin love RetropieSo I been playing on the PSX emulator and I am having troubles getting a certain hougame to run.
I am trying to play Jade Cocoon, but it never goes past the the title screen when selecting New Game or anything.If anyone knows of a way to fix it, please let me know
