Need Help with Razer Atrox arcade stick and retropie
-
Hello,
last week I got myself a raspberry Pi 3 with the latest version of Retropie installed on it.
I hooked up a wireless keyboard and wireless x360 controller without many issues, actually it works pretty good, I plugged it in a usb socket and the Raspberry auto-recognized my equipment.
However I bought a razer atrox to connect with my raspberry and xbox one. If I connect the controller with my Raspberry it doesn't get recognized at all.
The Razer logo lights up, as well as the Xbox logo, but when I'm in Emustation and want to config my input, "press A button on the gamepad to config it", pressing a button won't do anything at all.
I read other topics and normally the controller should be supported.
Atm i'm at version 4.4 of Linux and version 3.8.1 of Retropie.
I wanted to build my raspberry inside my controller, and use the USB socket of the controller to connect with the Raspberry, so I still could connect with my xbox one, without changing cables/buttons on the GPIO of the Raspberry.
Any advice here? thanks in advance.

I solved my problem with some research;
since the new atrox has got some compability problems, I ended up re-configuring the controls of my Atrox, since it's a 200 EUR controller, I didn't want to lose the Xone compability aswel.
So i bought some electronic switches and a custom usb keyboard encoder (ipac2), installed it in my atrox and ended up with a fully working xbox one and raspberry pi machine.
With a HDMI cable i can plugin my controller into my tv, so i can play retropie on my tv. Enabling some switches and i can use my controller on my xbox one.
here some pic's of the wiring;

Apologies for digging up an old thread. Just wanted to know how you got the LT and RT buttons to work on the retropi as the xinput drivers etc aren't working on mine?
Thanks
