Lost my USB

So I lost the USB that came with mine to download load roms (I built mine in a program I am only 14) is there away to download them onto my raspberry pie 3 without the USB (p.s. Idk what hashtag to use so I just did this

if you have another USB you can plug into PC and place a folder in there called "retropie" then plug it into your raspberry pi 3.
Wait for a minute, if you have a USB with a light, wait for the activity light to stop showing activity.
Unplug from raspberry pi and plug back into PC. that will recreate the folders for roms.OR you can connect to wifi and use a program called WinSCP.
You'll need the IP address. If you haven't changed username and pass then it will be (Username: pi Password: raspberry) -
