I have a pi 4b with 4gb ram and bought a 256gb micro sd card loaded with working psx, dreamcast, & n64 games. It came with video previews that I loved. I brought my snes, nes, and gba roms over fine and wanted previews for them so I was trying the skyscraper method but couldn't get it to show up. I ran an update somewhere and now the games all still work ok but I can't open Retropie Setup, run command configuration, not even wifi. No menu options but games work. I mostly get:

"AudioManager error - Unable to open SDL Audio: ALSA Couldn't open audio device: Connection Refused.

Did not find needed dependencies: ca-certificates. Trying. To Install them now." And then it fails and goes back to the menu. Please help! I paid good money for this card and need it to work. I don't have a working backup yet. Learning the hard way.

We don't support scammers selling pre-loaded systems. Ask them for support or use the image from retropie.org.uk/download.
